Shin Splints / Plantar Fasciitis

Below are two separate links to posts that I have made on these two subjects. We are beginning to see an increased relaxation and loosening of lockdowns, in many areas, to allow some outdoor exercise activities. Different locations have different rules.

I will always remember the advice you gave me in 2018, when I started developing shin splints while walking in France. You saved my Camino! I said then, and I'll repeat it: there's a spot in heaven for you!
