Thanks to all here for being such a great resource as I plan my first Camino. I have a Sept. 7 reservation to fly into Paris to walk Camino Frances, and I've filled out France's application for my COVID vaccination to be recognized.
Am I right that I don't need to complete a Spanish health form because I'll arrive in Spain by foot, not by plane or boat?

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

€60,-
We fly in to Paris on the 9th Sept. and then fly to Biarritz. My understanding is we only need to do the TousAntCovid App for France, and that since we are not flying in to Spain we do not need to do the Spanish SpTH App.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
Curious how did it go?
Did not having the Spanish form completed cause you any issues and how did you go home From Santiago? Did you fly out and if so did you need the pass completed?

Hello Wanderingvirg. I was never asked for a Spanish health form, and I was in Spain from Sept. 11 - Nov. 4. I didn't need it to eat or stay along the Camino, and I was never asked as I toured around a bit after Camino, via bus, train and ultimately, by plane from the Madrid airport. I did not regret not bothering, needless to say :)

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Those forms are designed for arrivals in Ports and Airports.

If you're travelling in by train or long-distance bus, carrying one would be a good precautionary measure -- but AFAIK, they are not required of foot travellers.
