    Meeting Ivar!

Ivar, my husband and I meet you a few years ago and it was a pleasure! We thank you for the YouTube videos with updates. We know you live in Santiago currently but we wondered where you are originally from. We are keeping our hopes to return in August but have learned to be flexible.

Need a recommendation for pilgrim currently in Larrasoana, headed for Cizur Menor tomorrow.

Is "Maribel" in Cizur Menor? Do they take reservations? I will be arriving to Pamplona on Sept 10 and would like to walk and stay in Cizur Menor but would be arriving late afternoon.

Cathedral Tour in Santiago, includes roof top

I took the Roof Top Tour last October. Easy to sign up for and worthwhile. However, I was not prepared for the slanting roof and height. I, frankly, was very happy to come down to the ground at the end of the tour!

Camino Portugues after "my hardest Camino"

Kate, I walked the Camino Portuguese August/September 2017. It was wonderful and the Portuguise people amazingly kind and generous. I did wear Hoka's and for the most part they were great for all the cobblestones. (and cobbles are endless!) I did put in gook super feet insoles. However, I did...

    Hostel/Albergues near Lisbon Cathedral

I appreciate your help. I have looked up Pensao Prata and I think it will work very well. We will need a good nights sleep! Also, we are hoping to stay at the new albergue in Alpriate. I do much better with shorter stages which I realize is doable but a challenge.

    Hostel/Albergues near Lisbon Cathedral

We would like to stay at a hostel/albergue near the Lisbon Cathedral the night before we begin the Camino Portuguese. On the Camino route or very close to the route would be our preference. Any recommendations?

    Condolence book for Denise

So very sad. As a Pilgrim, I feel a deep sense of loss of a fellow Pilgrim. I think of what joy she must have experienced on her walk and feel her last days were filled with wonder and joy. My sincere sympathy to her family.
