Daily Distances v Risk of Injury for those who are not exactly Fit or Slim

Just finished and had scheduled 50 days but finished in 45 but no rest days. Least amount walked was the first to Orrisson and then had a couple of other shorter days when we wanted to stay at San Anton and San Nicholas otherwise averaged 10.5 miles a day with maybe 3-18 miles thrown in there.
