Hello Sang, I prefer to wear a rain coat with hood and carry a small hiking umbrella. I sweat very bad in a poncho so much that I seem to create my own rainy weather system inside of a poncho.

I regret eating that "American" Hamburger in Pamplona as I got horribly sick with food poisoning which lasted until Logrono. Ugh....... I continued to move on but away from my Camino family :)

My experience is that Pilgrims tend to be on the compassionate and sharing side if they know that there is a need for someone to have the power plug over night.
