Bad experience with Orange International Travel phone plans

I used Orange this year for an E-sim and they were terrible. They didn't send me the bar code I needed to activate the SIM and when I reached out by phone, text and e-mail for customer service no answer and no live chat! A week later i received a cut and paste answer to the issue. I swallowed...

Lesson learned: must unlock phone to use a European SIM Card (My Fail)

I always buy an eSIM in Canada before I leave then I activate it the day before to make sure everything is working. No need to pop any Sim cards in or out

    Efrén González QR code

While I totally agree with the sentiment, the Camino (Francis in particular) was commercialized a long time ago... Granted this adds to it , not excusing it but come on - selling beads and gourds and pins and bandanas and using "Free Stamps" to attract walkers so they can sell something. It's...

Accommodation issues on the Norte ?

If you have a pretty good idea of your itinerary, and usually the first week of the Norte is pretty locked in. I would definitely go for 3 to 4 days in advance almost no downside.

Accommodation issues on the Norte ?

I’m on the Norte now, past Santander. Not too many pilgrims but growing since Bilbao. Fining Accommodation has been ok but it will only get worse…surfers coming, tourist season approaching (staring earlier) and I’m hearing some pilgrims jumping from Francis to here because of the numbers My...

    Orio to Zarautz

Hi everyone, we just walked it and we found the trail and it was forested and well worth it. We saw people walking along the road, not much of a shoulder and given there is so much payment on the Norte. I would avoid the road if possible.
