I flew into and out bilbao from the us this summer. Getting to sjpp required taking a couple of buses which were comfortable and inexpensive. Bilbao has the Guggenheim and several other art museums so it’s worth it for the cultural aspect .

i splurged and bought a Patagonia r1 fleece. Layered under a rain jacket it’s good to go. The problem with many solutions is sweat and the R1 is very breathable. It has no wind stopping capability on its own.
Is there really a breathable rain jacket? I have a northface venture 2 and whenever I wear an insulating layer (Fleece or Nano puff) I’m soaked with sweat after awhile. Jacket has pitzips but I was hoping for better results
