I’m with Rogers and their daily roaming charges are prohibitively expensive for my six week trip hence wanting a Spanish eSIM. I’m comfortable using WhatsApp for calls which helps and in a true emergency would naturally not care about the cost of calls. Not sure I’m ready to switch providers yet...
I’m also with Rogers so your information is very relevant David. If I get an eSIM package online before I go I’m assuming I would also know my Spanish number to change to should the bank allow. Am I correct in this assumption?
Question…
I’ve read with interest several threads on using a Spanish SIM or eSIM while on the Camino and I’m curious how people handle two factor authentication when logging into a bank site for example. Doesn’t that authentication code go to the phone’s registered number and if so how do you...
Update to my original post…I took advice from all, contacted Beilari and they’ve accepted my reservation. Thanks to all respondents. I’m soexcited to think of starting to walk again in September.
Greetings all!

I think this is what is referred to in this document as the ‘activity’ health pass which is different from the health pass that gets you into France. At least that’s my understanding. Check the bottom part of this document specifically.
Good luck and Buen Camino...
This is what I’ve seen so far. im interpreting this as two cards.…a Health card to get in and an Activities card for internal flights, restaurants etc. maybe im reading too much into it?

I’m currently scheduled to fly from Canada to Paris to Biarritz later in August and I’m struggling to find out how and where we get the required Activities Card in order to take the internal flight and to be able to eat in restaurants etc. Do you know if we can get these at the airport...
Well said fellow Albertagirl! We thought long and hard about our risks and rewards and decided to pay our money and take our chances as they say. There’s certainly added stress for travel these days And for the foreseeable future.
