No farmhouses
A fellow walker pointed out to me that despite the large number of farms we passed, there were few - actually no - farm houses on the properties. So for weeks after, to León anyways, I would search for farmhouses on those big farms and come up empty. Where are the farmers?- puttster

Fields of rocks
Walking along the CF I see so many of the farming fields are full of rocks. It seems to me they would be pretty tough on the equipment so I wonder if there is a good reason for leaving them in the fields.- puttster
