OK SO WERE BOOKED UP.
FLYING TO TOULOUSE FROM BRISTOL, (UK) IN THE FIRST WEEK IN MAY, PLANNING ON WALKING TO PAMPLONA, MY QUESTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
CAN WE GET A PILGRIMS PASSPORT BEFORE WE LEAVE?DO WE NEED ONE AS WERE NOT WALKING ALL THE WAY TO SANTIAGO, NOT SURE IF ITS REQUIRED FOR REFUGIOS...
I note that other trails have good maps/guides available to purchase before you leave eg John Brierley or Cicerone publications that provide a break down of the route each day and distances between villages etc. Is anything available for the Camino Aragones? If not which map would people recommend?
JUST WONDERING IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO CAMP ALONG THE CAMINO ARAGONES IN MAY,(WE WOULD BE CARRYING OUR OWN LIGHTWEIGHT TENT) PREFERABLY SERVICED (TOILETS/BASIN/ RUNNING WATER ETC) SITES IF AVAILABLE?
ALSO HOW EASY IS IT TO BUY FOOD FOR EACH DAY WHILST YOU ARE WALKING?
MANY THANKS
CHRIS
