    Dog decisions on Norte

Thanks all. We staged Bilbao and then took a blabla to Andorra. Halfway through the GPR here and then moving onto GR10 Pyrénées French and possibly Francigena. It's super dog friendly here so I'm glad we switched to refuges and the mountains :) GR10 and Francigena also have pilgrim passports.

    Dog decisions on Norte

I'm not sure the dog accommodation excel has no options for Norte. The ones that do list as dog friendly on Expedia Booking and Google actually mean they have a dog. They do not accept dogs. This has happened four times no refund booking ahead.

Lost & Found Lost fitbit and a toenail

Greetings pilgrims I took a tumble on stage 1 somewhere after the Church Hermitage of Guadalupe and before Pasia ahead of the roadside section. There was heavy rain in Irun last night and the path was uneven and slippery wet. I realise it's a long shot but I had the Fitbit flex 2 since ten...

Best part of Del Norte Scenery and walk.?

Oh I was going to switch to Frances after reading the dont do Norte post. That said the route was mostly roadside and Im taking a dog so I thought I couldnt. Id originally thought wed get more gust coastal from the sea. Should I reconsider? Was it roadside?

Why you should not walk the Camino del Norte (or at least not until you have read this post!)

I saw it was old because of all the mountains of comments, I´d assume the condition and infastructure has worsened in time not get better right? Or was there a renovation or as the PDF says a new norte route made along the river?

Why you should not walk the Camino del Norte (or at least not until you have read this post!)

Im not sure what to do now... I hate tourist things and crowds so wanted the North but if its roadside it defeats the object of going coastal and will be dangerous for my dog
