Suggestions and info on the Ruta del Besaya
Hiya, I'm interested in recent info on the Besaya camino. There is an old thread but nothing very new. Anyone done it or part of it recently? Norte from Santander
Hi and thanks in advance for advice. I did the CF last year and this year am hoping to do the Norte from Santander ( catching the ferry from Plymouth) and then joining up with the primitivo. LIVE from the Camino Help for sore heel and ankle
I’m in Leon at the moment and here for another night as I can hardly walk. Does anyone know of any help that’s not too expensive? I’ve got an extremely sore right heel and my right ankle is very tender. Thanks in advance- @Ditts

Gluten free on the Frances.
Hi, I’m planning to do the CF in April/ May next year, if I can get my knee sorted. I can’t eat gluten but I eat fish not meat. So a GF Pescetarian. Has anyone done the CF who’s intolerant/ Celiac etc? Thanks in advance.- @Ditts
