I stayed here last week and my experience was as follows: we arrived at 13:30. By then we were no. 5 and 6 in queue. Slowly more people arrived and we waited for it to open at 16:00. Path at Sanctuario de Guadalupe Closed
yes it’s closed until 12 may they’re laying new asphalt. however, me and three other pilgrims found 2 walk-arounds, so the high route itself isn’t closed, it’s just the way to get to the start of it- RosaStorm
