    ADVENIAT - https://adveniat-paris.org/en/ I never stay anywhere else. I get the metro to Gare Montparnasse then catch the 7.15ish morning train from to Bayonne. At Bayonne station, the valley rattler to SJPDP waits until the train from Paris arrives.

    Stopping between Roncesvalles & Zubiri - room share with 2 beds.

    We stayed at Urrobi and really enjoyed it. Just a few KS down the main road after Burgette (off Camino but easy walking). Dorms, cabins, tent sites. River swimming and a pool. Little shop too! Short walk the next morning to be back on the Camino. Regards Gerard

    Altra Lone Peak 4 Trail-Running Shoes?

    I slide a thin, hard, arch support insole underneath the supplied Altra insole. The hard nature of the arch support insole acts as a rock plate while it's thin nature minimises problems with fit. IMO arch support is very important, especially for those new to longer distance walking. Regards Gerard
