Well I have just had a reply - and yes it did go in the spam. Not the best site I've ever used, but it seems to do the job, if you've got a bit of patience.
Starting out from Leon on the 3rd of May. I've done a few caminos in the past, just wanted to get an idea of how busy it is at the moment. Would you say booking is advisable/essential, I know it can go either way at certain times.
Has anyone used this site recently? I booked a bed yesterday, (Tio Pepe, Mazarife), I've paid but haven't had an email confirmation back yet. I used their services frequently in previous years/caminos, and would have recommended them.
Yes, the weather could be anything from blizzards to blue skies, and anywhere in-between. Perhaps better to expect nothing, but prepare for anything.
They'll be quite a few people around, (your new camino family), so you'll get plenty of help if you should need it.
Hi Joe and Cheryl, I don't think I'll be walking that fast, you'll probably be in Pamplona when I arrive. I'll keep my eyes open for you though. Good luck, not long to go now!!!
There's a good chance our paths will cross at some point.
How are you getting to SJPdP? I'm arriving at Biarritz airport early evening on the 26th - I've still got to organise a taxi or bus to SJ. Or maybe I'll just wing it when I get there.
