Training advice.
My advice is take the first 4 - 5 days easy. Everyone I have seen with bad blisters or other injuries is because they did to much to soon. You're quite right, walking those distances with weight on your back is tiring and without proper rest we are more likely to injure ourselves. I can't stress...- katiemac
