We stayed at the Largo da Sé Guest House for two nights last April prior to starting our Camino. Good location down from the Cathedral and reasonable cost.

A beautiful walk today up the Kilpatrick Hills to Loch Humphrey north of Clydebank in Scotland. I haven’t walked up here for months and it was good to get on this type of terrain to prepare me for the Camino del Norte in September.
It was 10 mile door to door. We plan to do this walk 2 or 3...
Hi Dan,
I’m doing the CDN September 2024. Your blog will be a good read.

Cheers

I’m hoping to do the Camino del Norte end Feb and March, so I’m interested in response above. I guess I will be looking at small or larger hotels, with transport maybe needed to get us to accommodation. Is the Norte served by buses/trains ?
Wow, shivering just looking at it.
Good post keep the info coming. Any highlights or lowlights from your first two weeks on the Camino.
Thinking about doing the CdN Feb- mid-March 2024
