Can you cycle short sections of the Caminho Portugues?
My husband and I are planning to walk from Lisbon to Santiago late September/October. Is it possible to hire bikes for only a couple of days as we were thinking we may try to cycle between Coimbra and Porto. Looking for advice about whether this stage is a good one to cycle? Where to sleep in Saint-jean?
5th April 2015 - we didn't arrive in SJPdP until quite late on Sunday evening. We stayed at Beilari ( which was great, very friendly and they provide an evening meal every night but Sunday) and we booked that before arrival.
