And I would welcome your suggestions for other videos and books and the reasons for them.

If things had gone to plan in only a few days from I would have been starting my first Camino.
As I have written elsewhere illness, injury and medical advice disrupted and made me postpone those plans for a year.

I am planning (not over-planning I hope!) to have one rest day every so often during my Camino walk.
The only “planned” days for my itinerary that I have made are for the first nine days:
Day 1 – by train - Home -London
2 – by train - London, 7.55dep – Paris, 11.23arr – Paris, 14.07dep –...

bystander wishes to announce that he has made his first commitment to giving up his bystanding status.
He has booked accommodation at Corazon Puro in the Spring of 2015.
The nerves are now jangling and panic is setting in.
When I start walking from SJPdP next Spring I am anxious to avoid "burn-out" by not over-doing it in the first few days.
Is the following projected schedule excessively cautious or does it make sense it terms of building up strength, speed and endurance for the remainder of the Camino?
