What REALLY happens when we step away and have time to think!

    best way to organise photographs

I use Blurb. I made a book for my Camino trip and have done so for years for family photos. You can design pages yourself with picture and text boxes and these can be sized to suit. I write text in Word and copy to the text boxes.

Where did you walk ( locally ) in 2017?

Lovely local coastal walk from Wicklow to Killoughter along the Murrough. About 8km and when you turn for home you see Wicklow head in front of you.

    Taking photographs

Left my full Canon 5d kit at home and took a small Panasonic Lumix. Photos were good enough to create a Blurb book of my camino on return. Of course not as good as photos from SLR but enough for the memories. Next time will bring a Fuji compact.

I was not suggesting that you didn't know the difference but was in fact supplying what I thought would be useful information to others who might think of using them. Sorry if I offended you.

could I get, at a farmacia...

Voltaren is not cortisone or a derivative but is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and much safer to use than cortisone with the warning that if you suffer from stomach ulcers or are prone to stomach acid it should be taken in combination with a product like Nexium or Losec to prevent stomach upset.
