Food Poisoning
What to avoid on the Camino? Especially when it gets hot? One year a friend I was with got food poisoning from a bad bocadillo. One year I got it from a cream puff. The doctor in Leon told me to avoid any pastry with dairy (I suppose, other than baked in butter). Does anyone have any thoughts?- Craig Bernthal

Has anyone flown into San Sebastian and travelled from there to San Jean?
Does anyone have travel advice, train / bus connection advice, on how to get from San Sebastian to San Jean a Pied? It looks like a three leg trip: San Sebastian to Hendaye, Hendaye to Bayonne, Bayonne to San Sebastian, but I'd appreciate any details.- Craig Bernthal
