Scallop shells
It would appear that many pilgrims attach scallop shells to their back pack. Do people usualy provide there own ?? Or is there a little "scallop shell man"outside every cathedral selling to pilgrims ? Just a thought.- another walker

Hi . Is here any reason one should start the Caminho Portuguese at Lisbon or Porto.? Is it acceptable to start at Santarem or Coimbra ?
