I too am travelling from Australia and my understanding is that a PCR is not necessarily required to travel to Spain?
The smart traveller website states either an international Vaccination certificate, or a recovery certificate or a negative PCR?
My shoe of choice is Hoka Stinson.
On my last VDLP, by the time I reached Salamanca, (500km in) I needed new shoes.
I bought a different shoe and had foot problems for the rest of my camino.
I am heading back to Sevilla in May, and would like to buy another pair of Hokas in Salamanca...
I bought and used the decathlon poncho last year on the VDLP.
I really liked it and will be using it again this year - it was easy to don and remove, and I especially liked the zippers under the arms. It is on the heavy side at 508g
I used the tracking on this app. It showed where I was in relation to the VDLP. I had internet access and I found it particularly useful when I was entering and leaving cities where there were a lack of yellow arrows
I'm interested in one of these quick-fill adapters, but can't find them. Maybe I'm searching using wrong terminology? I'm going to buy a 2L camelbak for my upcoming VDLP
