I'm looking for an accessible copy of the profile map showing the altitude of each stages. It was originally published by a French Camino group: au coeur de chemin. I know someone posted a complete profile from St Jean to Santiago, however, each stage would be helpful. Thanks.

I'm doing the Camino Portugues from Porto next month. The cost of sending some luggage to Santiago by post seems expensive (POffice website). There's another service by a company called Tui Trans. The price per bag (up to 15/20kg) from Oporto to Santiago directly is 60€.
My experience with Ryanair for the last 6 years that they put them in the hold for free. Never had any trouble retrieving several pairs of poles at the destination.
