    Not a medical expert but did a 20 km training followed by 23 km with 900 climb ..... too much too soon Result: occurrence of old back problem. Stupidly thought I could "walk it out". Third day lasted 3 km. Medical advice then no walking for 3 weeks then slow flat 5 km walks. My suggestion...
