    I am in Oz snd have Black Diamond poles. I have had the Fizan from Kathmandu last a whole camino twice. I use poles 100% of the time. Komperdell from Wild Earth online also fit BD poles and look okay but have not tested that long yet.

    I have the osprey Stratos 34, mens version of the Sirrus. I am 5'8" and find it is perfect. If you are small lady the Sirrus will be fine otherwise go for the stratos. Great packs.

    I wear Kathmandu ergonomic socks. Specially marked left and right foot. So far 2000 km and still going fine. I threaded a tiny length of red cotton on the rim of each right foot and lefy about 1cm hanging. Easy on a dark morning.

    Portugués April 20 Lisbon to Santiago dC

    We walked from Lisbon beginning April 6 in 2018. Had no problem with accommodation and the weather was cool. Quite a bit of rain though in that year.

    I use these poles and find the tips for Fizan poles fit. I get from Kathmandu in Australia but the Fizan are actually Italian I think.

    We walked from Lisboa last April. Not all albergues have blankets. Lisbon to Porto it was a definite must. Very cool nights.
