I am in Oz snd have Black Diamond poles. I have had the Fizan from Kathmandu last a whole camino twice. I use poles 100% of the time. Komperdell from Wild Earth online also fit BD poles and look okay but have not tested that long yet.
I have the osprey Stratos 34, mens version of the Sirrus. I am 5'8" and find it is perfect. If you are small lady the Sirrus will be fine otherwise go for the stratos. Great packs.
I wear Kathmandu ergonomic socks. Specially marked left and right foot. So far 2000 km and still going fine. I threaded a tiny length of red cotton on the rim of each right foot and lefy about 1cm hanging. Easy on a dark morning.
