We had intended to walk from the Parador in Teide to Vilaflor but the bus was late going up so a 4 hour trek to part of the ridge and back First view of Teide,the highest one in Spain How we would love to walk up again and stay in the refuge before going up to the caldera again 10 years...- Annette london
