Starting a Camino with mild plantar fasciitis - crazy or not?
I also had /have planter fasciitis before I walked 260k of the Via de la Plata this year., actually I'm just back. Like you all the treatment that I done prior to my camino didn't really help. Sad death of Irish pilgrim after completing the Oviedo route.
So sad to hear this, as an Irishman of the same vintage as Seamus who walked the Primitavo camimo last September I know the joy of the journey and the satisfaction and happiness of reaching Santiago. I'm sure Seamus has that too. Condolences to his family, taking to young.- Michael Casey
