Bone spurs on heels. Any suggestions ?
i am going to walk the Camino in May and am worried about the bone spurs I have on the heels of my feet. Normally the heels start hurting if I stand for a long time or walk a lot. Does anyone also have bone spurs on their heels and have walked the Camino? What helped with the discomfort?- Queban
