I walked the Camino Frances last June and I will remember that first day for the rest of my life. It was exhilarating and exhausting at the same time but worth all the effort. Never so tired by the time I reached Roncevalles. The journey to Santiago was one that changed me and I can't wait to go...
I stayed 4 nights in Leon at the end of June due to a foot infection and had a blast there sightseeing, eating, drinking and just enjoying my camino experience. The cathedral and the pantheon were highlights for sure. Great place to heal!! Can't wait to do another camino.
I am 1 day away from Santiago and I have fallen in love with the tortilla. Don't care what form it takes. Some are obviously better than others but it beats toast any day.

Joodle,
Thank you so much, just the information I was looking for. Your advice seems like the perfect plan for me. I just went on the chronoplus website and I think there will be later buses that I will be able to catch so I can get to Bayonne. Thanks again. Denis.
Looking for ideas or suggestions on getting from airport in Biarritz, arriving around 8pm Saturday 6/4/2016 and would like to stay somewhere nearby that evening and would then like to make my way the next day to SJPDP and begin walking on that Monday morning. Any advice would be greatly...
I love this message. I'm doing Camino Frances starting In early June 2016 and I want that attitude that it all work out and not worry about everything. Play it by ear. Love it. Can't wait to do it.
