    The clip on my REI waist money belt failed in Fort Lauderdale, but my friend Sammi's Spanish mother made this modification on her sewing machine. Leaving for Barcelona and the El Camino in 2 days just in time for the Catalonian independence vote termoil.

    I used hydration packs for a couple of years but went back to bottles because the water from bladders tasted plasticky to me. I cleaned the bladders constantly but still got that taste and couldn't tolerate it any more. Water from bottles doesn't taste that way to me.
