Tired of training, ready to go
Hello all: I leave in six weeks to walk the CF, starting in SJPP. Over the last several months, I have been walking 10-11 miles 6 days a week. I am wondering if there is a point at which I could/should cut back? I want to be as prepared as possible but don't want to overdo it either. Thank you.- Charlotte Helbig
