    Thank you. I will most definitely stop at the church in Virgen. Unfortunately as a 1st timer I decided to keep to the CF so I prebooked accommodation in Viladangos so I will not be walking the more scenic Mazarife route this time. Something to look forward to on next walk!

    I am leaving in a couple of hours...will be in Leon by tomorrow afternoon. Staying there the weekend and start walking on Monday 5th September. Nervous excitement! Newbee and solo female walker....playing it 'safe' with luggage transfer although my day pack weighs 6kg...also prebooked...
