    Hello, I’ll be arriving in Madrid on the 13th of March and will make my way down to Seville either the same day or the next day. Probably will start walking the VDLP the 15th. I plan to take the Sanabres Camino when the time comes. I’m looking forward to meeting other pilgrims along the way.

    Hi Rone, I walked the inland route and the weather was very rainy! But I believe that this past spring was definitely not the norm for the amount of rain that Portugal received. However, I still enjoyed my Caminho and would recommend the Portuguese way.

    It’s kinda funny, I bought a trekking umbrella for this Caminho and I’m not able to use it because of the high winds that have accompanied the rain. I have seen a lot of umbrellas that have been turned inside out left on the side of the street. Oh well, sunny days are just around the corner...

    Hi, I’m thinking that I’ll have a fair amount of rainy days just because of the time of my walk, which is this March. I feel that the temperatures will become nicer as I progress towards SDC. I, too, had beautiful weather when I walked the Camino Frances in September/October 2016. Bom Caminho!
