Personally I would recommend not to stay in the official albergue de peregrinos in Santander (it's near the plaza de ayuntamiento). Doubts after Day 1
Hi all, I started the CdN yesterday from Irún and have been looking forward to 6/7 weeks of amazing hiking. But after about 6 hours my knees totally gave up. Coming downhill was absolute torture!!
