The Primitivo is indeed less crowded and more difficult. If you like the social aspect of the Camino it's not the one. If you enjoy solitude it is the one. At 300+ Kms 14 days @ 20Kms a day says you might need a couple of extra days. I believe it is wise to always have a few extra days. Buen Camino!
