How to protect the camino from fleas?
Hi, lavender oil for the itch. Maybe try putting your whole backpack in an enclosed big garbage bag and taking it outside and spraying it outside the house.? As for your room try wiping everything down with cleaning vinegar mixed with lavender oil...a lot of work and so annoying for you. Best...- Lulla27

Bum Knee
I too have a bad bad knee and would like to do the Camino again. I imagine I would wear a brace, use two walking sticks, go slow and stop when necessary. And of course the odd pain killer. I would factor in that the walk will take much longer than expected. Take care and good luck!- Lulla27
