Hope you do this camino. Very hard and lonely camino. I did it from oporto last summer and fellows who come from lisbon told me thers a no pelgrins on the road, so in winter times could be nobody on the way. Hello @BevTag I did it in september. very good season. Start in Porto 3th and finish 9th. I think spring time is a good season too but, you know, hope you do this wonderfull portuguese camino de santiago ;)- alcamino

Definitely the Portuguese from Porto should be considered the Central path. Barcelos, Ponte de Lima and especially Rubiães are required sites. Hello, i did this stage last saturday and it was very quiet and nobody was with strange behavior. Maybe was just a guy pretending make conversation as we do with locals. Maybe girl became a litlle bit nervous and confuse. I dis al Portuguese Camino from Oporto and it was fantastic. :)- alcamino
