It’s now time fir our monthly meeting again and we’re about to meet for our December theme of Food avd Drink. I’ve arranged a Spanish teacher to do a session on useful phrases and vocabulary.
Any particular topics you think I should introduce please for our discussion?
A very good posting- pain is the body’s method of communicating with your frontal lobes ie the bits that make the decisions. If you cut off the pain signals with painkillers you can do more damage. My Camino ended in Leon due to plantar fasciitis it took 2 years to completely heal. It was caused...
I’ve often thought about this issue as each individual has their own unique needs and so we all need to look at how our individual needs impact on others including the need to go to bed early/late or get up early/late.
How interesting to read this, as I walked from SJPP to Leon 5 years ago and am now wondering whether to walk Leon to Santiago or carry on to Finisterre. Each Camino experience is unique.

You’ll need to stay in Biarritz I think overnight then catch the train to SJPP the next morning or change your flight time. We arrived at SJPP then queued along the wall at 2pm to check into the Albergue and start your experience with chatting to other walkers. We then started our walk the next...

There is no 'the pilgrim experience' I'm focussing on 'the' as a definitive article .... each person enjoys their experiences in their own way. I'm accepting of the expensive no scuff tribe who are equally acceptable as the woven flax body blanket folks. What's the issue here? It's about...
