    As a footnote: I believe FFP2/N95/KN95 masks are only fully effective if you are female or freshly shaved where the mask touches you. The slightest bit of stubble significantly lessens the seal between mask & face. This is certainly the rule for industrial use of FFP2 masks.

    I hung the pack using a cord round the haul loop, then lifted the poly bag over it & drew it tight with the poly bag drawcord. Guess you could knot the bag opening. I treated the polybag with permethrin, its safe for us but not cats or Canadians.( Or is that DEET I'm thinking about.)

    I did Primitivo aged 66. Took 2 poles, cos have found them good on steep mountain hikes & trekking.I found 2 werent really neccessary, Primitivo is hilly but not that rugged.     Yes, I went the Hospitales direction on a fine day, & was so glad . The climb up wasnt severe in my opinion, because it is a gradual incline. A long day, but I'd say well worth trying. Take enough water, none up there.
