    I booked my bus from Leon back to Madrid using the Alsa app. They took the money from my bank, and I arrive now at the station and there is no ticket in my name - despite the screenshot I have of each step of the booking process. Had to buy another £34.85, and trey said I must claim it back...

    i got mine last week in Burgos cathedral. The desk fir credential is on the far left after you go through main doors, and the desk opens at 10am

    Thanks David. Still faffing about which sandals to walk in..... but what will be will be. I may spend plenty of time easing my feet if walking new sandals turns out to be not such a great idea - but it will give be an excuse to sit and look at the scenery and contemplate.

    My 60th birthday treat - strolling from Burgos to Leon. First time and so little planned - letting it just evolve I think. Want plenty of time to stop and admire, ponder and chat. Hoping to meet some other strollers along the way, and not have everyone whiz by.
