Is there an app...?
My daughter and I used www.trailjournals.com for our Camino in 2017 and plan to use it for our upcoming 2019 Camino. They have a separate section for both Camino Frances and Portuguese.- SteveC

Too old?
I walked my first Camino with my daughter, SJPP to Santiago, with a 22 pound pack when I was 72. We now plan to walk from Porto to Santiago then on to Finisterre and Muxia in May 2019 when I will turn 74. Same pack and pace. My advice is to just keep your pace, take some breaks and keep walking...- SteveC

Getting Old.
My daughter and I did our Camino last year from SJPP to Santiago. Walked the whole way with back packs. I was 72 and many people we met thought we wouldn't make it--but we did.
