Carrion de los Condes to Burgos

The bus sometimes is completely full. I’d suggest buying on-line if possible. At a minimum, buy as soon as you arrive in Carrion. We purchased 24 hrs in advance and were assigned 2 seats in the back row.

i have used Jacotrans previously for two Caminos from approximately Pamplona to Santiago. Never a problem. This year I used the WhatsApp to message Jacotrans. Again, everything went off like clockwork, and I had documentation just in case of a problem.

    Restaurant Tips Camino Frances

Bar Restaurant Casanova near Plaza Fueros in Estella was excellent. Also in Estella, fine pizza at Il Colosseo. Near the Cathedral in Santo Domingo, either Las Caballeros or La Cancela. Am I in Spain or Heaven?

I know I would enjoy the pimientos padron because I ate them almost every day on my first camino. We could not find them very frequently the second time around because we were walking too early in the year. I am interested, though, in the vermouth. I think of it as something to give a martini...

OBSOLETE COVID THREAD Santo Domingo de la Calzada Suffering

I don't believe hijos in this instance really means children but rather sons of the village or something like that. I believe that this is the total number of people in the city who have died. I'm by no means an expert on Castillian language however

I am not certain, but I think the Madres Benedictinas have Adoration at the Monasterio de Santa Cruz in Sahagun. Mass there is quite inspirational. I suspect the Cathedral in Logrono has Adoration. Also, if you are in Logrono soon after Easter, the church of Santiago Real has a unique display of...

When we did it in 2015, the morning flight to Biarritz was so cheap we chanced it, thinking we could always take a train if we missed the flight. It worked out fine for us.
