    Extra Masses for 2010

Hi I read somewhere that there might be extra masses conducted during the Jubilee year to cope with the influx of pligrims - is that true and does anyone know of the times and locations of these masses? thanks

    Filming the Camino De Santiago

Yes, I would agree. The film the documentary would be in conflict (for me at least) in "doing" the Camino. One may be too involved in getting information down to fully experience the moment or be quiet in contemplation. However, I must say that recording images down for later reflection &...

    Filming the Camino De Santiago

Hi Katie, I carried a Canon Digital videocam and an ordinary Digital still camera. The pix and videos were not for professional use, but for recording memories etc and I am very happy that we did carry the extra load. Hotel in Léon

    Campanas San Juan?

Great location it took a while to find the place, but it is literally 200m from the N entrance of the cathedral and the first evening we were there, we were treated to a carillion of bells announcing the election of a new Pope ! The rooms are charming and the people who run it really lovely.

LIVE from the Camino Fever in the Blood

as someone about to start walking the Camino in 10days time... my 2cents worth. What constitutes a pilgrimage ? indeed - as the Peter's post : some merely fly to Rome or Lourdes.. some walk all the way. I guess for me - till I can stop working altogether - It would mean flying into a place close...
