    Sevilla and beyond can be cold at that time of the year. I suggest you check over night minimums. You may need a warmer bag.

    This is a very useful thread. Thanks to everybody who has contributed. My wife and I will be away for longer than 90 days. I am over 70. Can anyone suggest an Australian insurer who provides cover for a longer period?

    I have looked at Gronje and Booking.com. Thank you all for your advice and suggestions. They are much appreciated. I have sent a couple of emails and have received a positive response from Casa Sabina. I’ll see if I get any other today before confirming with Casa Sabina.

    I’ve been looking at accommodation ( a double room) for the first few days of the Frances, specifically Roncesvalles or Burguete on 22 April but without success. Is this because the hotels etc are closed at present? I had no problem in SJPdP.
