Sounds like you want to send a physical copy of a dvd. May I suggest just uploading it to Youtube or Vimeo. There are options on both places only to allow people with direct links and passwords to see the film. Easier for all, But maybe I misunderstood you.
I drank plenty of cafe com leche:) Probably not many, but I have read a few accounts. If you have walked 70km for one day and with your experience, you could probably easily do 40km On average a day for the whole trip. It is really not that much split over an entire day, and can easily be done...
There are people on this forum who has walked CF in fewer days than I did:) I did it in my tempo and I never really felt like I was in a hurry or missed a conversation or the scenery. I was there to walk so I just didn’t spend many hours during the day sitting at a cafe. My longest day was about...
I honestly don’t think you have anything to worry about, if the credentials are complete or not. As long as you keep the final walk outside of the minimum required distance from Santiago - to get the compostela that is all that matters.
Regarding the pilgrimage starting place I believe that if...
"A pilgrimage is a journey, often into an unknown or foreign place, where a person goes in search of new or expanded meaning about the self, others, nature, or a higher good, through the experience. It can lead to a personal transformation, after which the pilgrim returns to their daily life."...
If you are just generally fit you should have not problem getting Burgos to Santiago in 19days. The recommend stages are very safe meaning that basically everyone (and any age) can do them without many problems. So if you feel that you are more fit and/or younger than the general public means...
I actually meet a pilgrim on CF who only travelled at night. He was on a bike and felt it was the best time for him to ride on a empty trail, so there was nobody to tell him to slow down. Although he didn’t joke about recieving a Black compostela.
I walked plenty of mornings in the dark (CF in october), starting 1-2 hours before sunrise and I absolutely loved it. Walking in moonlight and everything seems different, and when the light finally arrieve the scenary has changed just a bit from Yesterday. Plus the hours surrounding sunrise are...
The amount of km people can walk every day is of course dependent on numerous of personal factors such as age, weight, life-style, injuries etc and time of year.
However, opposite a lot of the users here I feel Brierly and other authors has played it very safe in their recommendations regarding...

I know that you are not running, but with three wheels it will take all the weight off you, and you only have to push. Very clever, i think.
As is said I was not trying to shame or attack you or anybody else - I believe everything was writing with the right intentions, and it is a beautiful example of how the camino heals. I was just sharing my thoughs on the subject. I loved the connections I was able to obtain with strangers on the...
We all have a reason for walking or wanting to walk the camino - often this reason is more than just it could be an awesom trip. When I recommend walking the camino to other people I often mention the conversations you have with others as a major selling point, the conversations are deep from...
Hi, Sound like a great walk, with a good Daily average. Do you keep a list of the stages/albergues you stayed at? I know it has been a few years, but it might help to figure out which albergues are open outside season.
Thx.
I honestly feel you should read my and the previous post again if that was your conclussion on my logic.
My main argument was the CF route, which is a long but fairly easy well-paved walking route. Would you also argue against me about people bringing way to too unessearry weight in backpacks...
I personally agree with @steve cole on this one, especially on the CF i feel there is no need for Walking poles at all. I saw many people walking incorrectly due to the poles. Of course. each to his own. But I would say that the main reason you would need poles on the CF is if you are carrying...
