Does anyone knows where Caminho Norte path to Fatima ( which is southbound ) separates from Caminho Central path? I mean blue arrowed path as modified I think a year ago. Is it at Alvorge by any chance?

You will have blue arrows pointing the right way often enough. Blue arrows will
separate from yellow arrows in town called Ansiao. In places where there will be no blue arrows backtracking the yellow arrows will be neccesary. This might be slight chalenge.

In any case one can use caminhomap.com to download, as much as possible errors free as of spring 2017, map of Caminho Portugues.
It should work really well as a backup to arrow reading.

But please do not take me wrongly, there are sufficient in my opinion double arrowed signs while walking southbound.
Challenge would be only occasional, but nerveless it is worth mentioning.
Just slight clarification, blue arrows point the same direction as yellow from Lisbon to Santarem. They part in Santarem, but not every yellow arrow has corresponding blue arrow.
Please note that walking to Fatima from north or south is not a challenge because how arrows are oriented but rather...
Well, try to use Google Earth, you actually see your track to the particular house or tree.
Download Google Earth, then open downloaded previously kmz file by clicking on it.
This will take you directly to your track in Google Earth.
