Since most people really like St. Jean and we have reservations at Orisson for the 3rd, I think will will stick to the plan and take our time. This site is very helpful!
Starting with my high school rising senior daughter in St. Jean. We want to focus on her being able to use her building her Spanish language competency, enjoy beautiful scenery, visit small towns, and have great food. Guess we will make a camino path of our own... not sure if this is the best...

Sounds good! We are thinking of staying at Beilari. They offer dinner, but I am thinking it might be fun to eat out since we will be eat camino food a lot. Not sure what to expect. Gite Makila looks very nice and reasonable.
