Hi, doing the Frances for a short while this October before moving onto a business visit so need to lock up some kit (computer and clothing). Does anyone have knowledge of secure lock ups in Logrono or Burgos or San Sebastian?

I am doing the Frances again this year and rather than carry a guide book I am looking for an app with similar info the Brierley/Yellow book etc. I seem to remember that one was launched (via Ivar?) a year or two ago maybe from this site. Does anyone have any info on this? as well as opinion...

I am planning on doing the Portugues this autumn sometime as a change from the Frances.

Having to curtail the start of my camino to SDC in a couple of weeks time so want to begin at Ostabat as opposed to further into France. Does anybody know how to get there from Bayonne rail station?
Don't think there is a rail line but a bus maybe?
Thanks in anticipation. Richeyboy.

Thanks Richeyboy

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me please the best site to visit to find out the stats (numbers by month for the last couple of years or so) on pilgrims as measured by the pilgrims office in StJPP and the Cathedral Office at Santiago?
Many thanks Richeyboy
Hi, can anyone who has done it recommend the best way from Biarritz airport to Bayonne railway station (for SJPP), giving time taken and price. Thanks Richeyboy
Hi,
I am planning to do the Camino Frances, at last, this coming autumn. It seems that the last 100ks or so can be very crowded even in the second half of October so I am wondering if there are any alternative routes from Sarria or further back say from Ponferrada to Santiago which do not...
I have been using standard leather boots with goretex for all the walking (cross country, mountains and roads/tracks) I have done so far however my current much loved pair is ending its live and I shall need to replace them before I do the Camino next year. I have been recommended MBT boots...
