    Bunk beds

    Ultimately the alberques should all have safety rails on all the top bunks just in case there are pilgrims who do move about in theyre sleep or even just feel unsafe sleeping in a bunk without one!! Ime sure the cost is minimal as its mostly a bit of wood or rail☺

    Virtual triage going on ☺ being raised on a farm we drank unpastuerised milk for years and didnt harm any of us!! I suspect its something else!! All mile out of the udders straight smells earthy and grassy!! Its natural!! Possible food or virus i think!! But hope you get better☺

    Thats a good point maybe the option of people just lifting the mattress from the top bunk and putting it on the floor would solve the issue if possible!! If there is room and not troubling others

Years ago when i was in a hostel in amsterdam a guy fell off the top bunk and was taken to hospital😨 that always stayed with me tho only with top bunks with no side safety rails of course!!
